Residentials

 User signs an agreement with the supplier.  
2.
 Energy auditor comes to the house for the first time inspection.

 Solar installer installs the solar water heater.  
4.
 Energy auditor comes to the house for the second time inspection, and sends the inspection  
report to the government.  
5.
 The government will send a cheque to the user in 4 months.

1.

 An application form must be fill out by a qualified professional engineer.  
3.
 Waiting for an approvement from the government.  
4.
 Once it is approved, the installation will be conducted.  
5.
 The engineer will finish and send a report to government after installation.  
6.
 The government will send a cheque to the user in 3 months.
